5 star you must be having a laugh

room large and great views.not very clean but ample for a one night stop over.the food was a disgrace ,cold,under cooked,not very fresh,stale.the fear of food poisoning kept portions to minimum.fine hotel left to decline with uncaring dining room staff probably sick of hearing complaints from diners
